  • Free preview and rendering of templates
  • Paid HD video download

Some templates are:

  • Free (edit + preview)
  • Premium (preview only, purchase via WhatsApp or payment)

3. User Eligibility

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

4. No Account / Registration

  • We do not require user login or account creation
  • Users can directly access and use templates
  • Payment-related details are handled by third-party providers

5. Payments & Pricing

  • HD video download is paid
  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay
  • We do not store payment details

Important:

  • Once payment is successful, the user can download the video
  • For premium templates, payment flow may happen via WhatsApp

6. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final
  • No refunds will be provided once the video is generated or downloaded

Exception (if applicable): Technical issue from our side may be reviewed and support may be provided.

7. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use templates for personal use (wedding invites)
  • Customize text content

You may not:

  • Resell templates or videos
  • Use content for commercial resale
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce templates
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the platform

8. User Content

When you customize templates:

  • You are responsible for the content you enter (text, names, etc.)
  • You must ensure your content:
  • Does not violate any law
  • Does not infringe copyrights
  • Is not abusive, illegal, or harmful

We are not responsible for user-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and platform content belong to eNamaskar. Users are granted a limited license to use templates for personal purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute templates
  • Claim ownership of designs

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services like:

  • Razorpay (payments)
  • WhatsApp (for communication and premium purchases)

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

11. Service Availability

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue any feature at any time
  • Update templates or pricing without prior notice

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you.
